Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

• Norway: 1–4 business days

• Europe: 3–8 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or does not arrive, contact us at hello@salamandertactical.com and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly.
Salamander Tactical is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
You may request a return in two ways:

1. Through your customer account at salamandertactical.com

2. By contacting us at hello@salamandertactical.com

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please make a return request and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, without reason.
The item must be in the same condition as delivered.
