Leofoto FDM-02 Binocular and Rangefinder Rail Kit

The Leofoto FDM-02 keeps your observation optics and rangefinder together on one tripod. It is a useful setup for a long session behind the glass: find what you want to observe, then take a range reading without changing supports.

The 200 mm BPL-200 rail has Arca-type profiles above and below. Slide the mounts along the top to suit your equipment, then position the complete assembly in the tripod-head clamp for balance. Engraved scales help you repeat a setup, and a built-in bubble level gives a quick levelling reference.

The LH-22 ball head lets you aim one device independently. The second mounting position uses a DDC-38 double clamp, which can be configured with its clamps parallel or at 90° to one another using a hex key.

The 515 g kit includes PU-25 and NP-60S quick-release plates. Add a suitable binocular adapter if your binoculars do not mount directly; the optics and main tripod head shown in the photographs are separate.

Includes the BPL-200 rail, FDM-version LH-22 ball head with PU-25 plate, DDC-38 double clamp and NP-60S plate.

This LH-22 is the FDM version with a rail clamp at its base, rather than the standard standalone LH-22. The DDC-38 clamp orientation is changed with a hex key.

Optics, binocular adapter, tripod and main tripod head are not included. Check the mounting requirements of each device before choosing adapters.
