Vanward have optimized the baffle distance for even better pressure equalization inside the suppressor. The basic exterior design is a hexagonal pattern that both reinforces the suppressor but also contributes to a stiffer construction. This makes the suppressor even safer, more robust, and rougher. The pattern means that the surface is cooled more efficiently. The suppressor is extremely durable due to the choice of material Titanium Grade 5. The threaded part is made of acid-resistant steel. Titanium is not damaged by water, salt solutions, or gunpowder. This makes the suppressor perfect for this purpose. Tests show that the gunpowder sludge does not adhere in the same way as aluminum and steel. POM-Ring The POM-Ring is a plastic ring that sits at the back of the suppressor, the purpose of this pom ring is to support the barrel. The POM-Ring should not lie close to the barrel but have a clearance of 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm. We can customize and fit the pom ring before shipping. What you have to do is measure the diameter 80 mm behind the mouth and write the measurement in the field “POM-Ring diameter”.
