Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any accessories, tags and labels originally included. Proof of purchase is required. This policy also applies to sale items.

Products that have been used are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns under our 30-day policy. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable) or your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

How to Request a Return

Request a return through your customer account or email hello@salamandertactical.com. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

For voluntary 30-day returns, customers pay return shipping unless we agree otherwise. Original delivery charges are not refundable under the voluntary return policy. Different rules may apply where required by consumer law, including statutory withdrawals and returns of faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in Norway and the EU/EEA generally have the legal right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

You may inspect and handle a product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for any diminished value, where permitted by law, but does not automatically eliminate the statutory withdrawal right.

To exercise this right, notify us within the relevant period. You must generally return the item within 14 days after notifying us. Refunds, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law, and return shipping responsibilities are handled according to applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Email hello@salamandertactical.com with your order number and details. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming items are not limited by the unused-item condition of the voluntary returns policy.

Exceptions

Custom-made or clearly personalized products and gift cards may be excluded from the voluntary return policy. Applicable statutory rights and exclusions remain unaffected. Contact us if you have questions about a particular item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, request a return and place a separate order for the replacement after your return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected the returned item.

Approved refunds under our voluntary 30-day returns policy are normally issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Statutory refunds are processed within the deadlines required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
